That was a one hell of a uncle joke. It shares the best uncle joke award with ren&stimpy.

Stimpy : Hey ren that horse reminds me your uncle eddie.
Ren : Why did you say that
Stimpy : Because he's big and stinky.
(Ren slaps Stimpy and adds)
Ren : Hey man! you shouldn't say that kind of harsh words. Don't you even think about that horse has feelings.

the best lip synch ever i had seen. and mimics was way too funny.

about the movie i thing it can get into 2 meanings.
if somebody watch its with a basic eye and mind it will see a fat hot dog guy is dancing and saying numa numa.
but if you go deeper you can see that man is making fun of meaningless pop-culture.
